Good afternoon Dale. J.K from Canberra finally having rested and recovered enough from my challenge to do this week's quiz. Unfortunately I only successfully completed the cycle and SUP legs in full, but was too exhausted after nearly 2/3 of the jogging leg to complete it all - and I'm happy to PM you with the measured distances for each discipline (and for you to use these for bonus questions which I would excuse myself from if you used them) Before I get to the score, I'd like to say thank you for the shoutout. Having that is a pretty sweet present for my 45th birthday. Moving onto the score, and I reckon that even if I had been more rested, I still would have got about the same score on the flag round, and am happy with my tally of 51. I reckon that for the bonus, you'll do a pretty admirable score as well and I'm tipping you'll manage 17.
