Hank Hill is modeled after Mr. Anderson of Beavis and Butthead. A phone card was basically pre-paid long distance good for x number of minutes (useable as many times as it took to use the minutes). They also worked on payphones if you didn't have the change for them.

a phone card was used for payphones before people really had cell phones. it had prepaid minutes on it so you could use that instead of money at payphones.

Phone cards are before ceelphones being common let you call long distance on payphones or any phone for x minutes. They still used by miltary who end up going to countries where they don't got cell coverage as well. Like last time I had one was boot camp because we had our phones locked up with our civy stuff, so we used pay phones on base with phone cards to call home

The resolution of this is just nothing. We start the season with Peggy being actually humbled, but by Peggy's Sugarfoot's any growth has been thrown out the window. Then it gets worse and worse throughout this episode, and Hank just makes it all go away. Peggy should have gotten six months and 2 years on probation.

Quizy you can keep eating hunnybuns just track your calories! As long as you stay in a calorie deficit daily you’re fine! Just don’t go overboard because the sugar is still bad for you. Eating healthy all day makes sugary foods unappealing after a while. I no longer crave anything sweet.
