Years later I came across a bust of him that was unearthed in an ancient Greco-Buddhist city close to the border of Afghanistan, it was a perfection depiction of him and his fine features. I shared the picture of the bust of him with a friend. He shared that in his back-packing days travelling through Afghanistan in the 70s, the tribesmen that he met in the area were still talking about the holy man that had come to them from Israel.

I could feel that something momentous was about to happen, and my best friend was dancing around in the dark saying, 'We made it, we made it!' I saw only the tip of a gigantic pendulum go past my face. It came slowly back and stopped right at my feet. @ 8:20 ~ When I was in my late twenties I saw Jesus in a vision (around the year of 1985) and I would describe his overall coloring to be like a soft bronze; a cross between chestnut and golden, his shoulder length hair was curly, he was over six feet tall and very handsome. His eyes even seemed to have a burnished bronze color with golden highlights in them. When He looks at you it’s as if you are the only person or thing in the room. His earnest look is full of both love and amusement. I didn’t recognize who he was at first, but when he approached me I felt a strong stirring in my heart as I was thrilled and honored to stand in such a great presence. 💗

@@ChrisJones-cc5rz When we commit a crime, we must face judgement and punishment. For example, a speeding ticket - get caught, police writes the ticket, we pay the fine. Same concept - when we violate God's law, we will face judgement when we die on earth. The Bible teaches us the penalty for sin (violating God's law) is eternal death. So how do we pay that fine?? That's when we rely upon our Father's Son, Jesus Christ, to step in and pay the penalty. He died on the cross as atonement - payment for your crimes / sin so that you may have eternal life in heaven with God. The only thing we need to do is believe Jesus is the Son of God and repent of our evil ways. By the way - there is no one, not me, not you, no one who is not guilty. We are all dirty rags next to the pure linen of Jesus.

Take care. When it comes to historical documents you have to establish they are what they say they are. If this really was written by Pilate it would be included in the Bible. Also the description of Jesus, does seem out of Place. Look at the same documents of the same time they don't have a lot of description in them. Someone is pulling a fast one here.

I agree about accepting Jesus as our Lord, but I think the letter is fake. As a historian who studied Biblical history, Jesus would have looked like a 1st-century Jewish person and nothing like the White Jesus that is portrayed. His hair would be black and curly. His eyes would be dark brown, not gray. If Pontius Pilate truly saw Jesus, He wouldn't have described it as in the letter.

My late husband had what's described as chestnut-colored hair and as the weather got warmer, the sun would lighten his hair to a golden brown. NONE of this refers to his race as his race is completely irrelevant to the second coming and fight against Satan.

@christophersmith2107 3 minutes ago I question this letter greatly. It contradicts the scriptures… Isaiah 53. His name was not translated to Jesus for centuries as his Hebrew name is Yeshua, look at the statues and notice the hair length.. not on the shoulders, and I believe scripture reads in the New Testament is 1 Corinthians 11:3-15, “Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering” ( 1 Cor. 11:14-15 ). So I can keep going but crack open that Bible and use the internet and get into a little scripture that reads, 1 Thessalonians 5:21 prove all things and …., therefore I stand at this time open to rebuttal and state as of now this is false..
