Read quran on a daily basis For non Muslims it is difficult May humbly suggest that u read chapter one of the quran called chapter faathiha With its meaning Next read with meaning verse 255 of chapter 2 of the quran this is called asyathul kurusiye or the verse of thethrone Finally read the chapter no 112 of the quran with its meaning And then ponder of the meanings of the chapters and the verse u have read andake u r decision how u should continue to read the quran in entirety For Muslims one should read quran every day preferably after early dawn prayers call fajr in arabic u r permitted to open the quran in the confirmed sunna prayers and also in all other sunna prayers This way one not only one prayers the sunna prayers and also read the quran on a regular basis The quran is a mercy a guide and a healing to humans It will calm u r body and soul

The Qur'an is the ultimate source of satisfaction for the heart. 8. Having the Qur'an in one's heart and reciting it regularly elevates a person's status. 9. On the Day of Judgment, the Qur'an intercedes for its reciters. 10. The Qur'an provides shade and honor in the afterlife. 11. Reciting the Qur'an extensively enables higher ranks in Paradise. 12. The Qur'an has healing properties for physical and emotional ailments. 13. Certain surahs and verses of the Qur'an offer protection. 14. Recitation of the Qur'an has no restrictions and can be done throughout the day and night. 15. The companions of the Prophet were devoted to reciting the Qur'an. 16. Immersion in the Qur'an during prayer brings one closer to Allah. 17. The Qur'an determines a person's station in both this life and the hereafter. 18. The Qur'an is a means of salvation and a way to connect with Allah. 19. The Qur'an serves as a guide to understand and remember Allah. 20. Reciting the Qur'an with hope leads to a favorable resurrection before Allah.
