So get an exercise bike or a treadmill! Some people (like me!) will find this very practical and quite challenging… When you can’t walk unassisted (like me!) you can’t even reach a training heart rate without something like this.

I think she was referring to a larger wheel so that you can have a longer range of stride without it being a full on elliptical.

Most definitely an elliptical for me. If you have uneven legs, a bike may end up causing more knee pain.

Range of motion is to short for me bands look useless

I bought one, and it did absolutely nothing. If you're looking for a great workout, this is not it. A beginner would even scoff at this. The bands do absolutely nothing in terms of upper body. The mini stepper, same thing.

Jason Brown This is a great invention...I have had both knees replaced and work at a desk for 8 hrs a day . Without something like this to keep my knees in motion most days I get Very stiff. Especially in the winter time when I can’t go outside.
