Being from SW Louisiana how is this hurricane proof? 180 mph winds!?!

Thank you for the question! The pads are lightweight prior to install but get much heavier once water is added. This product was initially developed for the Florida market which has various wind loading requirements up to 180mph. The 36x36 pad weighs 163 lbs when filled, and the 40x40 pad weighs 203 lbs when filled. If additional anchoring is required the optional soil and concrete anchors are available.
