The combination of specs and capabilities of the processor , graphics card, motherboard and Ram must be very very important. We have several combinations . Even building a 50k pc with a good combination is worth more than a 2.5 lakh pc builded with wrong combinations . So 13 gen i3 will be a good combination for that graphics card,motherboard combination. You can try it but there's assurance for that 12 gen processor will give more performance. So be aware.
