Maybe if they (along with so many other bands/artists in Portugal) "didn't choose" to stay in "silence" for so many years, that would helped. I mean, their last record is from 2009.

@@andrepereira744 I can understand that, for sure. but with the lack of venues, fan attendance at gigs and label support. that surely doesn't help.

@@TempleOfTheMartyrs I also can understand what you said. Still,that dosen't change what I said, not to mention "we" can't force people to like "us" or to go at "our" shows. Take a band like Moonspell for example, for so many years they did better outside Portugal than in here. Even when they released "Irreligious" that made a bang in Portugal back in the days, they were getting way more love and support everywhere but here. It took them so many years to make a "good name" in Portugal, but they never gave up. Imho, "one of the problems" with Ramp was their lack of consistency. Too many years without releasing new music, too many years without playing gigs, line up changes, other sides projects beside music. These things didn't help and and they more or less "missed the train". But its all good, I wish them the very best.

@@andrepereira744 DONT GET ME WRONG I TOTALLY GET IT.... and i've always said the problem with the Portuguese music, is not the music! it is the people (the fans) they give more credit to outsiders, than to national bands. and when those same bands are popular outside, they brag about how proud they are of those same bands. (whom they never supported) it is a joke i must say... and yes you are right MOONSPELL did fought more for their art. of course i get that. however there are many factors in between. money, time, family, jobs maybe... having all members on board and so on... so...i do hear you. but that doesn't change the fact that, if the fans would go to shows, buy the records, and the labels would give more support. like i see in england, or germany just as an exemple. any band could go further and do better in their careers .... thats what i believe .....

@@TempleOfTheMartyrs Sure brother. I "hate" that type of thing that you mentioned, supporting bands after they (the bands) get recognition outside!! That's the Portuguese low self esteem working. Unfortunately our(?) country with the size it has, it's not easy for bands/artists to make a career here. Even more so if the music you make is out of the mainstream. And sometimes, unfortunately, just hard work isn't enough. The "luck factor" is a real thing also. Sure, without support bands/artists normally don't go anywhere. But without wanting to sound rude or hipocrite, I also believe in supporting something (bands/artist in this case) you really like and not just because it was made in "your" country. But its all good brother, like i said, I wish Ramp the very best.

Grande malha só têm é que ser mais rápidos no intervalo entre álbuns grande regresso dos ramp mas um dos meus álbuns preferidos continua a ser o visions este álbum pra mim nem se aproxima tá um pouco diferente do habitual vamos ver como é o resto do álbum quando sair👍👍

Ainda sou do tempo deles serem literalmente banda de garagem. No caminho da escola, passava pela garagem de ensaios e claro parava a curtir, muitas vezes covers de Metallica (antes 1992, ok?). Hoje vou matar saudades a Corroios. 🤟🤟
