And you wouldn’t imagine these planes could sink right? But one of my bf109s crashed into a nearby lake after losing control from a custom transmitter, after about 4 minutes I returned with a fishing rod and it was nowhere to be seen. What do you think could have happened?

Sounds very strange. How could it sink? Must have floated away perhaps?

@@Calvertfilm I searched on my bike with binoculars all around the pond. It was nowhere to be seen. But when I left to get the fishing rod it was floating no problem.

my daughter's two-engine Cessna toy model fell into the river, when she called me on the phone she told me that it fell into the middle of the river and she accidentally started the engine so it swam to the other bank. I found the plane trapped under the branches. In your case ..it is possible that the engine would start on its own and the plane would float away... who knows

@@Ambobeat it’s funny because I tried to turn the engine on but I searched all around for a few days. It is right outside my house. It could be hidden away somewhere but the fact it disappeared so quickly by the time I got back in a currentless pond. Has me wondering if it was just a little too dense.
