R&D 100 Winner 2023: Material Data Driven Design (MAD3) Software Solution

MAD3 R&D 100 Award submission video highlights a materials design bottleneck currently experienced by many manufacturing companies in their metal forming and stamping processes, and how MAD3 addresses this bottleneck. Specifically, we show that MAD3 enables manufacturers to account for the internal structure of materials when shaping/forming a part for the first time by leveraging a proprietary deep learning model.
