I am curious GP...just how many requests would you have lined up to work on? Does it keep you from working on songs you would like to do of your own volition? Or is it welcomed and considered a way to find inspiration on song choices? I would hate for your hobby to become a chore😮😮

Hi Andrew, I guess the honest answer is probably all of the above. I don't mind requests (it shows people are interested in what I do and of course it makes me feel good if they like/enjoy) I do try to limit requests to say 3 per week (which is 40/50% of my output) otherwise yes it can seem like a job/chore - especially if it's a song that I'm perhaps not familiar with or one that just "doesn't grab me" The reason I'm so "prolific" at the moment is that since January when my knee replacement op went wrong I'm practically housebound (can't drive/fly/holidays etc) and my guess is until it can hopefully be fixed later on this year I'll continue to do so many remixes. Next year I'm hoping I'll be able to do my other "more active" hobbies and so probably won't do as many then. In the meantime, if you like my efforts, then my cloud is your silver lining. Thanks for taking the time to listen

@grandadsteves5543 Thank you for taking the time to give such a detailed response. I do enjoy your remixes very much. They have improved my music listening pleasure immensely, especially in the car and at work (where others also enjoy them). I love that you have been so prolific, but I really hope your knee situation improves soon. As for your hobby becoming a chore, don't feel obligated to do songs that are not interesting for you. If you are enjoying something, you will be more adventurous and creative! Having said that...I really hope Drop The Pilot was pleasurable and not a chore!
