The concept of this mall is wrong, it is not suitable for a semi-outdoor mall, it is hot, slippery when it rains. You see, this mall doesn't have a canopy, even though this is important for dropping off passengers when it rains. The outdoor area should be covered with a glass roof (like shopping in Osaka). The concept of this mall must be changed if it wants to attract tenants. There will be more and more apartment residents (stage-2), but it is very ironic, malls are like this. Whose stupidity?

Yes, I think you are correct. The impact of COVID-19 has significantly contributed to the unfortunate decline of this mall. However, there is a lot of new development in the area, including the RTS link. Hopefully, the mall can recover, especially given its very strategic location.
