@@TheAudioman15 yeah of course some people found sampras boring. But what stood Federer apart is that even his haters would admit he is the most talented and graceful player. That's why I'm curious to see why you'd find Raonic who is been widely widely labelled as boring more 'prettier' than Federer's game. If you'd asked tennis fans which match they'd rather see, the results wouldn't be even close.

@@Beechaii2 I like the simplicity of his game. That service motion is a thing of beauty. If you asked me to pick the best service motion among the top 4, I would go with Andy Murray actually, ahead of Federer. The problem with fans that only woke up to tennis after Federer came on the scene is exactly that, they have no idea about the game pre-this era. These fans think serve-and-volley is "boring" tennis, I don't have time for them. With Raonic, I love his what is essentially a full-western grip, something that is quite rare these days. He plays fast and hardly speak on the court. He has a nice slice that is also a rarity these days. I was really rooting for him to win the Aussie crown earlier this year, he was in great shape to do it too. But alas.
