Have listened to this several times and loved it. Today listened on good stereo system projected onto large screen tv. I know her teacher at Indiana where this was performed, legendary Cleveland Orchestra horn Myron Bloom thought very very highly of her abilities. As the son and nephew of an earlier generation of horn players, the Berv Brothers of the NBC Symphony, I absolutely concur with Mike’s opinion, and add how much I enjoyed this performance of the highest artistry and virtuosity.

Her sound is fine, except maybe a little bit more in the low register would be nice, but she shapes very well and this piece is known as one of the greats in horn literature, so I'm wondering what you know about horn to be so critical.
