@@nikhil918 true to 80% 20% is his way of preparing ghee at Brahma muhurtam on Monday & Thursday's only.. is something unique. Which is not followed in normal homes. Before I support or talk against it...I should have knowledge about it. So no comments. In depth there is process of making butter from curd daily...but not ghee...butter is collected and stored. Ghee is not made daily...may be once in 3days. Butter itself has medicine uses. Milk,curd,butter,ghee everything has its own medicinal values and preperation.. atleast he is making ghee in that process. .slow cooking and slow cooling. That's perfect. High flame will make ghee but no medicinal values.
