Overly attach mean you're averting all other things/ppl. Discrimination(辨别能力) is important when u taking action so that it's sensibly, but for simply being hére/To be alive, discrimination is not needed. The chief cause of misery : life doesn't happen the way I want. To have a fruitful life experience, let go of expectations. Expectations mean a lot to you because ppl always think that happiness is tomorrow thing. Fix yourself - what happened within u is always determined by u, not by wat happen/didn't happen to u. With joyful, go for wat u want, whether it happen or Not, u r happy!

Life is not happening in the way I like is the source for unhappiness.shooya meditation: no expectation but with orientation.If you Focus on your expectation, you waste all your gas on the break. First establish yourself and fix fundamental, then start your action. Enjoying the procedure of experiencing everything, no matter good or bad,then you approach your goals in the heaven.

In some activities, choices are made. But for the rest of life, we don't need to make choices in every moment of your life. You're discriminative sense is useful when performing action. For being here, you need not discriminative in any way. But to act, you need discriminations, otherwise you cannot act sensibly. Your expectation come from very limited picture of your life.

An Huang 個人看完的想法是,把啟動引擎當成“對目標的行動或憧憬”,有些人在追求時往往感到痛苦,甚至於無法走到最後,朝著目標前這件事本身沒有錯,而是我們最初出發的心境是否安穩,就像智者說的,開車出發的人,要檢查車子是否安好,就把車子當自身狀況,如果一台車性能不好,再怎麼努力催油門前進,過程中只會讓自己狼狽不堪,就如一場災難。反過來說,如果心境安穩,無時無刻會感到喜悅,就算沒有真正達到自己想要的結果,也會在過程當中感到踏實平穩,讓自己內心感到美好、安穩,就是靈魂存在必要的態度。
