Today I have shared the recipe of Maat (Sugarcoated Mathdi). this samagri is offer to Shree Thakurji on the auspicious day of Dussehra Festival. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
250 grams Coarsely Ground Wheat Flour (ઘઉંનો કકરો લોટ)
1 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds (સફેદ તલ)
5-6 tsp Melted Ghee (For Moyan) (મોણ માટે ઘી)
As required Luke Warm Water (For Knead the dough) (લોટ બાંધવા માટે હૂંફાળું ગરમ જળ)
As required Ghee (For Deep fry) (તળવા માટે ઘી)
For Prepare Sugar Syrup (ચાસણી બનાવવા માટે - ત્રણ તારની ઘટ્ટ ચાસણી બનાવવી)
250 grams Sugar (ખાંડ)
As required Water (પાણી)
Pinch of Edible Camphor (બરાસ કપૂર)
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder (એલચી પાવડર)
We can store this samagri for 8-10 days on room temperature. (આ સામગ્રીને 8-10 દિવસ માટે રૂમ ટેમ્પરેચર પર સ્ટોર કરી શકાય છે.)
