最近看到Dr. K(哈佛精神科醫師、心理治療師、KZbinr(HealthyGamerGG)) 有提到有關為什麼人都「找不到」自信。他說「自信」其實是天生的狀態,不管是動物還是小孩(特別是嬰兒)。嬰兒不會說話、不會自理,他們還是努力的牙牙學語跟走路。人失去自信其實是學來的,我們長大的過程中學到了「不安」/「不安全感」,我們其實要做的是捨棄那「不安全感」。可以試著想想看你最後一次有自信的時候是什麼時候,不管多小。通常應該會有一個印象很深刻的事件讓你開始有不安全感。通常都是小時候的記憶,即使那根本不是你的錯,但是周遭的小孩讓你覺得是你奇怪,才造成你的對自己開始不安、沒有自信。解決方法就是去回想然後消化那些沒有處理的情感記憶,認知到那其實不是你的問題或根本沒甚麼。原影片講得更仔細,如果有興趣可以看看 HealthyGamerGG 的 "Why Does It Feel IMPOSSIBLE to Gain Confidence?"

Never focus on the tasks or stress, instead focus on your irrational goal or dream, the more positive feeling towards the goal, the better we can achieve, it is also called the law of attraction
Feel good about yourself and imagine the best version of yourself and make yourself believe in it. So you gain confidence and feel empowered and do better.
