ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ സുപ്രീം കോടതി പല വസ്തുതകളുടെയും അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ രാഹുലിൻ്റെ വിദേശ പൗരത്തത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ച കേസ് പണ്ട് തന്നെ തള്ളിയിരുന്നു. അതോട് ആ കേസ് എന്നന്നേക്കുമായി തള്ളി. അങ്ങനെ ഇരിക്കെ അതേ കേസ്സും അതേ വാദവുമായി സ്വാമി കോടതിയിൽ പോയിരിക്കുന്നു. സ്വാമി തീർച്ചയായും ഒരു നന്മ മരം തന്നെ ആണ്. പക്ഷേ ഇവിടെ തിന്മ കുടമായി കലാശിച്ചില്ലേ. കോടതികളിൽ വിശിഷ്യാ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിൽ കോടിക്കണക്കിന് കേസ്സുകൾ കോടതിയിൽ വീർപ്പു മുട്ടി പതിറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ കക്ഷികൾ നീതിക്ക് വേണ്ടി കാത്തിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവരിൽ പലരും കാത്തിരുന്നു വിധി ആകാതെ മണ്മറഞ്ഞു പോയിട്ടും അവരുടെ കേസ്സുകൾ തീരുമാനമാകാതെ കിടക്കുമ്പോൾ സ്വാമിയും അദ്ദേഹത്തെ പോലുള്ളവരും ഇത്തരം ഫലം കെട്ട വ്യവഹാരഗളൂമായി കോടതിയുടെ സമയം അപഹരിക്കുന്നത് അത് വഴി പൊതു ജനത്തെ കളിയാക്കുന്നത് മിതമായി പറഞാൽ ശുദ്ധ അസംബന്ധമാണ്. അറിഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഇത്തരം വേലകളുമായി നടക്കുന്നത് (കൂ) പ്രസിദ്ധിക്കു വേണ്ടിയാണ് എന്ന് പറഞാൽ തെറ്റാകില്ല. പരമോന്നത കോടതി തന്നെ ഇത്തരം പ്രവണതകളുടെ കടഭാഗം തന്നെ വെട്ടിക്കളയൽ ആണ് വേണ്ടത്. ഇത് പോലുള്ള നില നിൽക്കാത്ത കേസുകളുമായി വരുന്നവരെ തക്കതായ രീതിയിൽ കൈ കാര്യം ചെയ്യേണ്ടി ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
