@@TrueNorthAdventures In the early 80's I swam the Wenlock in flood to talk to a bloke on the other side (long before the bridge). He was caretaker at MTS and had been yelling at us and waving his hands about. So swimming across and landing 200 odd meters down stream, I walked back to where he was and his first words were "You know that river is full of Croc's". He also told me he had heard us winching through the blacksoil south of the river for the last 3 days and we were 4 to 6 weeks too early to be thinking of going any further north. So I had a very anxious swim back to the car, after stoping the night on the south side, we headed over to Weipa. Ever since that trip I have wanted to do what you guys have done and traverse the Wenlock. Now that's never going to happen for me, so I totally love watching you guys do it. 👍👍👍
