I've seen them twice in the US and got to meet him the first time. He was the sweetest man ever and matched my energy perfectly. RWTR is my favorite part of their lives and I hate that I never got to see it before he passed. Thanks for this ❤

Thanks for the video! 🙏 It's impossible to watch this without feeling. It still doesn't go away.My heart, mind and soul are pouring out in pain.I am bathed in tears. They flow all the way to my chest. No matter how much I listen to “The Gazette”,all I hear is “bass”.It's the end of “guys”.All I hear is “RAITA”.

Thank you for the tribute video. My heart has been broken into pieces, and I don't know when I will be able to collect myself. Please allow me to use this space to commemorate Reita's shining presence. He and the band were my beacon of light. Thanks to them, I am still on Earth and doing what I can to continue being here. Reita embodied a rocker. He was (and I hate to use the past tense) so strong, brave, and manly with his leather jackets, retro cars, and bikes. He would always be the one offering his shoulder to his bandmates. Instead of selfishly seeking attention, he was a powerful support to the band, both musically and personally. His humility led him to stand far away from the center of the stage, but he was always the one grabbing attention-a true star. He is a role model for thousands of musicians worldwide, and his influence cannot be underestimated. I am happy that he will be with us through his powerful music, watching over and protecting us, keeping his promise as he always did. Through all the brutality and rage that he always showed on stage I could always see a caring, gentle person who achieved his dream by hard work and discipline. The moment when he, always our anchor of calm and reliability, cried during the anniversary concert is one of the most precious to me because it revealed his true self, as vulnerable as he was strong. I hope he knows how deeply he is loved by all of us. I wish to see him on the other side, once again shake his hand, and properly express all the gratitude we as a fandom have for him just being there for us. He wished for the band to live forever, and he will be there at future shows, I know. Even though we won't see him, he will be with us, rocking forever. Now we will take care of band members and make sure you never feel lonely there. Rest in Power, Reita. We fucking never die.

Oh, such beautiful words... Your commend made me cry... Thank you for this comment, we will definitely never forget about Reita, what person he was and how much he cared about everyone. It's hard time, especially for his family, friends and band members, I hope they will be ok, it needs time to cure such pain, but I hope they all will be fine.

@@tamashii6670 Thank you so much, I’m also holding back tears. I wish I could be there to take care of his loved ones. This is a never ending nightmare and I could not make myself open my eyes today. But I try to think that Reita himself would have wanted us to remember him with a smile and I want to be strong for him. Let’s enjoy his music and support each other

@@kira5563Yeah, I think he didn't want anyone to be hurt because of him, we must be strong, he is somewhere there, maybe not physically, but he is, and I hope he also won't suffer long because of not being able to be here anymore...

Thank you so much for this reaction, it means a lot for me. I'm sorry there wasn't english subs for whar Reita and Kai were saying, but even without it you can see that special connection between them and japanese fans on that show, how lively crowd was and how they responded. When they did "Ride with the Rockers" it was definitely Reita's time in show, so good, and Aoi's screams were really impressive. :) All four members did their best in that instrumental part of show. I think being japanese fan of japanese music is much easier that being fan outside of Japan, japanese fans have that special connection and I'm kinda jealous... Being fan outside of Japan, especially in time like this, you feel that you want to talk to someone about that incredible musician who just passed away so suddenly, you must to talk to someone, but to who? No one knows who's that person... If you have friends who also like japanese music, especially Visual Kei, you're really lucky, but many of us don't have such friends and we can't talk to anyone about such pain we feel in situations like this. I'm glad that for example on Discord there are servers where you can find other people who like that kind of stuff. I'm glad we talked on your server and I'm also glad for every person on other servers I could talk and share that pain and sadness I felt, it's better now, thank you to all of you. About band's future, there are official messages from band members to fans, in japanese, and what I undrestand that they will continue activities as The Gazette, but I'm not sure how it will looks like, they still thinking about Reita as the only one bassist and as they are still as fifth members, jet they said about Reita's last post that it was his wish to save forever that sceneries of live shows where they had the best connection with fans and everyone were happy, they want to continue that. I think we will know what direction they will choose soon, in near future. Rest in peace Reita, we will always love you.

They will likely never release publicly the cause of death, and in J-rock it is often drug-related, which is a huge cultural no-no, and an embarrassment to the family, but when a Japanese band gets big enough to experience the Outside world they gain access to things wildly illegal in Japan, like when Psycho le Cemu's frontman was arrested for use of amphetamines and forced to publicly apologize and dissolve the band. It's all bullshit how controlling they are over there.

@@PotatO99809Like you said, only rumors, so fans should stop it... He died, it's sad, it's hard, but there are people for whom it's harder than for fans, his family and friends are now in hardest situation. It doesn't matter what was cause of his death, he died and this is the most important thing, doing such speculations about something such tragic like someone's death is just... Ugh...
