If Ghost hadn't went to Vincent first I don't think Tommy would've killed him honestly. He killed him because of that meeting with Vincent and he threatened to kill Tommy if he didn't take out Terrasi. Ghost should've let Tommy handle that on his terms instead of running to Vincent and putting Tommy in that position in the first place. PLUS Tommy was the last to know and that sucked.

Technically he snitched on him, but after spending time with his lost son, he then realized he didn't wanna give him up. That's one of the reasons why he killed Sammy his best friend, in the first place. Either way if Tommy found out what Tony's true intentions were, like serving Ghost in a silver platter for the feds, I bet he'd kill him for that too.
