I somehow doubt Rosa Luxemburg herself would fully agree with those answers. Of course, it is not easy to compare the political situation in the beginning of the 20th century to today's. Yet, considering the manifold crises we face and which were indicated by Katja Kipping, I am quite certain that Rosa Luxemburg would argue for using those crises to take concrete, radical steps towards socialism as opposed to satisfying herself with empty demands of an UBI.
