1/4 cup of cooking oil
Water in the line of 5.5 cup in pot
Some fresh cilantro

Amio tai kortam jokhon hatey khub kom shomoy thakto.... ekdike khichuri (majhe kichoo frozen motorshuti aar foolkopir tukra.... jodio shaad ektu komey jeto, tobuo, kichuu vegetable'to khaowa holo) ar onno chulay dim mamlett. Aam ba Jolpaiyer achar diye jhot-pot mere dao. Done.

my friends should fry the spices before they go in the rice cooker. raw boiled spices may not be good for people with acid reflux issue. otherwise good recepie.
