One thing is for sure. Rajesh Hamal is a truly a well spoken gentleman. He appears to me as a very humble and down to earth person and has a very good insight on the issues, media and industry. On the other hand it is hard to say the same thing about Mr Pathak but I may be wrong and it might be just the tone of the show.

Indeed! Dil Bhusan was right. At his peak, Rajesh Hamal could have contributed positively to change our cinema but he was greedy to accept every single role coming to his hands x y z. I can't remember a single film worthy to name except his first movie Yug Dekhi Yug Samma. Rest onwards, he - his look - his acting was exactly same, whether he was portraying a role ofpoliceman, lawyer, begger, dacoit, thief, lover boy, politician - he was exactly the same without any creative input i.e. he polluted our cine industry during his era.

Agreed that Rajesh Hamal acted on hundred of movies, but he equally polluted our cinema. Dil Bhusan dai was right. On which planet do we get to see an actor portraying the role of thief, lawyer, policemen, begger, villager etc - yet still looking exactly the same on his outlook with long trademark curly hairs. Its an insult to Nepali audience's intelligence. Hence most of educated and younger generation avoided going to see Nepali cinema during 90s and 00s (his era), becz he was literally on all those movies. Whereas, today's actor spend years to completely change their hair, look, weight and training just to justify those character role given to perform

May be Dil ji frustrated that Nepali cinema got stuck because of Rajesh's similar role. But it had nothing to do with Rajesh. He does whatever directors and producers told him to do. And Let me tell you one thing that he can ACTS.Just because we have few issues based movie and some theater bases actors does not mean Nepali cinema has done big overhaul. Movies that have recent commercial successs were mostly related to true stories and played by a character who are innocent and normal people like us. Have we won Oscar? So we need to remember we have a long way to go!!!! Even Amol KC's movie easily fetch few corores in few days and same with DeepK Raj Girj 's comedies, which are lengthen comedy serial. I definitely agree that trend is moving different in last few years, but you can not deny the fact that he was a superstar ofhis time.

Where is the tough talk show Dil Bhusan JI?? have been waiting for the new episode to come.... is a quality program. However, talking about this particular episode, i have watched it several times but you sound a lil more cunning while questioning Maha nayak... a little bit of softness would be higly regarded... tq
