आज मसाला किचन में बन रहे है 6 दिन के 6 स्कूल टिफ़िन रेसिपी | बच्चो के टिफ़िन, लंच बॉक्स रेसिपी, नाश्ते में क्या बनाये, बच्चो का नाश्ता, स्कूल के लिए क्या बनाये, ऑफिस टिफ़िन, स्कूल लंच बॉक्स रेसिपी मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा)
Toor Dal(पकी हुई दाल)
Butter/Ghee(मक्खन/घी)
Aloo Sabji(आलू सब्जी)
Salad(सलाद)
Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे)
Seasonal Fruit(फल)
Day 2:
Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा)
Salt(नमक)
Ghee(घी)
Tomato Ketchup(टमाटर की चटनी)
Paneer Ki Sabji(पनीर की सब्जी)
Salad(सलाद)
Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे)
Seasonal Fruit(मौसमी फल)
Cake(केक)
Day 3:
Bhindi Ki Sabji(भिंडी की सब्जी)
Paratha(पराठा)
Apple Fruit(सेब फल)
Salad(सलाद)
Chips(चिप्स)
Day 4:
Shimla Mirch Aloo Sabji(शिमला मिर्च आलू सब्जी)
Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
Semolina(सूजी) - 1/2 Cup
Salt(नमक) - As per taste
Oil(तेल) - 1/2 Spoon
Chat Masala(चाट मसाला)
Carrot(गाजर)
Seasonal Fruit(मौसमी फल)
Cookies(कुकीज़)
Day 5:
Butter(मक्खन)
Cooked Rice(चावल)
Cooked Rajma(पका हुआ राजमा)
Schezwan Sauce(शेजवान सॉस)
Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
Cottage Cheese/Paneer(पनीर)
Seasonal Fruit(मौसमी फल)
Salad(सलाद)
Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे)
Day 6:
Chapati(चपाती)
Tomato Ketchup(टमाटर की चटनी)
Mix Veg(मिक्स वेज)
Cheese(पनीर)
Butter(मक्खन)
Seasonal Fruit(मौसमी फल)
Salad(सलाद)
Chocolate(चॉकलेट)
RECIPE:
For Day 1, in a bowl, take some Wheat Flour & bind the dough by adding cooked Tadka Dal. Make dough balls & roll them. Cut its uneven edges with a sharp knife or plate. Roast the Dal Paratha with Butter or Ghee & make it crispy. Pack the paratha in tiffin along with some Aloo Sabji, Green Salad, Seasonal Fruit & Dry Fruits.
Day 2, take some Wheat Flour, Salt & bind the dough by adding Water. Make dough ball & roll big chapati. Roast it on tawa with Ghee. Then spread some Tomato Ketchup & Paneer Ki Sabji in the corner & roll the Chapati. Cut it into two pieces & keep it in the tiffin box along with Salad, Seasonal Fruit & Cake Slice.
Day 3, Bhindi Ki Sabji, Paratha, Seasonal Fruit, Green Salad & Chips.
Day 4, Take some cooked Shimla Mirch & Aloo Ki Sabji & mash it. In a bowl take some Curd, Semolina & some Water. Mix & keep it for some time. Then add some Salt & mix well. Keep the tawa on the flame, put some Oil & a spoon full of Semolina Batter & put the mashed Shimlamirch-Aloo Sabji & cook it by covering it. Sprinkle some Chat Masala & keep it with Salad, Fruit & Cookies in the tiffin box.
Day 5, keep the pan on the flame, put some Butter, Cooked Rice, Cooked Rajma, Shezwan Sauce, Lemon Juice & Coriander Leaves. Mix & cook well. Garnish with Cottage Cheese & keep it along with Salad, Fruit & Cookies in the tiffin box.
Day 6, take roasted Chapati n spread some Tomato Sauce. keep the Mix Veg on the half portion of chapati & keep the Cheese Slice on it. Then keep the half portion in it & roast the in the Tacos shape by applying some Butter. keep it along with Salad, Fruit & Chocolated in the tiffin box.
In this way, 6 Days School Tiffin will get ready for kids easily.
