1. If you want to see all the tourist places in Jaipur you will never get tired again but there are still places to see. So plan to visit only the important places in Jaipur. 2. Our next journey is to Udaipur. Udaipur was the capital of the Mewar kingdom. It is also known as the City of Lakes. Among the scenic spots at the foot of the Aravalli Mountains, Lake Pichola, Fateh Sagar Lake, City Palace, Uday Sagar Lake, Jag Mandir, Jagadish Temple, Monsoon Palace, Swaroop Sagar, Kumbhalgarh Fort, and many more tourist attractions are also worth visiting. Jaisalmer is an ancient medieval trading center and a princely state situated in the state of Rajasthan in the heart of the Thar Desert. Jaisalmer, also known as the "Golden City", is famous for its forts, palaces, and Jain temples. Also, the sand dunes of the Thar Desert make for a camel safari. The city derives its name Jai Salmer from Maharaja Jaisal Singh. The Jai Salmer Fort here is as magnificent as the beautiful image of the crowned prince on the summit of the sand dunes.
Important places to visit here are Jaisalmer Fort, Sam sand dunes, Gadisagar Lake, Tanot Mata Temple. The Jaisalmer Desert Festival between January-February is not to be missed on the camel safari on the sand dunes.
4. Now our journey is to Jodhpur, the second-largest city in Rajasthan. It is also known as the Blue City. Most of the houses here are in blue. Especially the blue houses near the Mehrangarh Fort are a spectacular sight to behold and the photographers have a handful of work to do. You can take beautiful photos if you want. Places to visit here are Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Mandore Gardens, Jaswant Thada, Kalyana Lake and Garden, and Ghanta Ghar. Especially in Mehrangarh Fort, one must see the dance that accompanies the traditional music of Rajasthan.
5. Bikaner is a city full of temples, forts, and palaces and is famous for its delicious Rajasthani cuisine. Sweets and snacks in particular are very tasty. Important places to visit here include Junagadh Fort, Lalgarh Palace, Karni Mata Rat Temple, Laxmi Niwas Palace, Laxmi Nath Temple, Bikaner Camel Festival, and a camel safari in the desert.
6. Chittorgarh. One of the oldest cities in Indian history, Chittorgarh was founded by the Mauryan dynasty in the year 734 BC. The city is the birthplace of many historical figures, including Maharana Pratap and Meera Bai. It is famous for its many historic forts and monuments on the banks of the Berach River. Places to visit here include Rana Kumbha’s palace, Fateh Prakash Palace, Rani Padmini’s palace, Kumbhaswamini temple, Kalika Mata temple as well as the famous Chittorgarh fort. The first thing that comes to mind when we hear this name is padmavat movie. As soon as we reach this fort, the Rajput dynasty and their pride will be at our feet.
7. Now our journey is to the holy place Pushkar.
One of the oldest cities in India, Pushkar has a rare Brahma Temple. In addition, Lake Pushkar is home to a number of ghats that offer a famous Hindu pilgrimage and a wonderful evening meal. Attending an evening meal is one of the best in Pushkar. Pushkar is the perfect place for those who want to see the original form of rural India. We can go to Pushkar anytime. But the biggest camel fair in the world, which takes place from mid-October to November, is a must-see.
