Pine tree, a kind of common tree.
After the pine tree blooms, its style will have golden yellow powder, which is pine pollen.
In China, there is a record of edible and medicinal pine pollen for a long time.
Especially the Songhua Cake (pine tree flower cake) made with pine pollen and bean paste.
There is a tender yellow on the Songhua Cake, and tastes smoothy, a little sweet with a slight pine fragrance.
Tommy and I went up the hill to pick pine pollen, but when the Songhua Cake is cooked, he went to school and was not at home.

松樹開花了以後，它的花柱上會有金黃色的粉末
這個就是松花粉，在中國很早就有食藥用松花粉的記載
特別是用松花粉加上豆沙做成的松花糕
一絲清甜，一抹嫩黃，入口潤滑，散發淡淡的松香味
雖然湯米和我一起上山采了松花粉
但是松花糕做出來的時候，他上學去了沒在家（不過你們看到視頻的時候，他已經吃過啦）
