About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Mango Kaju Shrikhand. Usually we buy shrikhand from the dairy. But we can also make it easily at home with the available ingredients. During the summer season we can make this Mango Shrikhand and serve it chilled as dessert. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section
Ingredients -
For Prepare Approx 400 grams Shrikhand
1 litre Full Cream Buffalo Milk
1 tsp Fresh Curd
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Diced Ripe Mangoes
1/4 Cup Chopped Ripe Mangoes
3 tbsp Chopped Cashew Nuts
2-3 tsp Readymade Mango Syrup (Optional)
Serve it with Poori/Roti as a dessert
