पूज्य स्वामी तेजोमयानंद ने गीता के सातवें श्लोक की व्याख्या करते हुए बताया कि संसार के सभी भाव-सात्विक, राजसिक, और तामसिक-भगवान से उत्पन्न होते हैं, लेकिन भगवान उन पर निर्भर नहीं हैं। उन्होंने इसे लहर और पानी के उदाहरण से समझाया कि जैसे पानी बिना लहर के रह सकता है, लेकिन लहर पानी के बिना नहीं रह सकती। स्वामी जी ने कहा कि विचार भी हमारे चैतन्य से उत्पन्न होते हैं, लेकिन चैतन्य उन विचारों से प्रभावित नहीं होता। साधना के दौरान उत्पन्न विचारों से घबराने की बजाय, हमें उन्हें स्वीकार करना चाहिए।
Pujya Swami Tejomayananda explained the seventh verse of the Gita, emphasizing that all worldly states-Sattvic, Rajasic, and Tamasic-originate from the Divine, yet the Divine is not dependent on them. Using the analogy of waves and water, he explained that just as water can exist without waves, but waves cannot exist without water, so too do thoughts arise from our consciousness, but our consciousness remains unaffected by them. Swami Ji encouraged practitioners not to be disturbed by thoughts during meditation but to accept them as part of the process.
