I think I understand. The Crazy Night is a play and the vocaloids are all actors, but a mysterious stranger trapped them in a world where the play is real. Bad End Night is Miku's point of view, Crazy Night is the mansion dwellers' point of view, Twilight Night is the stranger's point of view, and Ever Lasting Night is what really happened.

Probably redundant to reply 10 months later, but I would say that's partially correct. The actors/characters are trapped in a cycle and each night is progress towards the end and breaking the cycle. The first two nights show the two perspectives of the Villager and mansion dwellers for the "ending" Bad End Night; however, at the end of second night, the Villager shows to yearn for the original Crazy Night. The third night shows progress from both perspectives as they encountered a different "ending", as instead of being killed by the Villager, the mansion dwellers found the missing page to the script from the Villager's letter. The Villager found another page in the coffin, but was too late to stop the cycle when the mansion dwellers put the missing (blank and false) page into the script as time had run out for them. On the final night it displays why the actors/characters have become trapped in the cycle. It is shown how the play first progressed and the Villager had suffered an accident. The Villager wakes up in this purgatory world and later overhears the actors discussing that Miku is the lead role and substituting for the Villager. She then takes the clock hands and discovers the body of the original actor of the Villager. The reason that the actors/characters are trapped in limbo is because the story never finished when the original actor had died (a clue to this is the blank final page of the script as the play never got to finish). So the substitute for the Villager decides to make her own ending by writing one in her own blood and kills herself to break the cycle, freeing the other actors/characters since no one else can substitue for the lead role.

So, a little bit of info, the primary reason that the actors are trapped in this cycle of the play is because in the real world they said that they "found" a playwright's lost script and that they were going to perform it live for the world. Miku, who ended up getting drafted for the lead role has no clue the other actors are committing fraud but eventually she finds out and confronts everyone on stage. They argue and things get heated and Meiko i believe pushes her off the stage while she has the clock hand in her hands which ends up piercing her heart. However before she can die, the "Curse" of the Everlasting Night starts. The WHOLE reason they're stuck in this is because they lied about the play and refused to admit it to the world so they are forced to endlessly experience their friend's death (her body is what's in the coffin). It's not until the last song that "Miku" realizes what happened and why they're like this, realizing that in order to start the "endRoll" she has to end the play how this whole curse began, with her death. So she rushes down to the coffin while everyone realizes what she's doing and tries to stop her, thinking that she'd actually die for real if she does it. She reaches the coffin, opens it, and stabs both herself and the corpse, which activates the blank page, the EndRoll, causing time to flow forward. The curse ends and they find themselves back where they started but before the death i believe, they find out that the Stranger who has been watching them is the ghost of the playwright who was offended they lied about the play and wanted them to learn their lesson.

The way I remember this novel is a bit different. They were trapped in this not because of curse (it’s true about fraud, scipt was not original) but because they wanted to save Miku. She was pushed by accident and they felt guilty. While trying to save her, standing over her body, they found letter (or book, i don’t remember) in which Mastermind said they can live with her. This is how it started. Bad End Night, Crazy Night and Twilight Night are ones of the repeating nights. Every book in library represents one night and library is full of them, what’s more - actors remember every one of them, they just act as if they don’t. Every time they try to prevent Mikus death but either fail or die themselves. In the end they start to lose their minds, Len shows Miku the library, in one timeloop someone even poisons her (it’s only in novel) etc. In Everlasting Night she misunderstands them and starts to panic, run into room with coffins and finds out truth about what happened in reality (it’s a fake world, their bodies are not real, the real ones are in coffins). She wanted to save them from this, she accepted her death and wrote an ending with her blood. They returned to reality at the time of Miku’s death, just a second before her fall. As a reward for this great play, Mastermind saved her (that’s why we can see 2 hands at the end, someone caught her)

I think, the manga aside, this song is about the grief process; specifically, everyone coping with Miku's death, trying to "save" her from the fate she already met. The Mastermind is Death itself, trying to get the others to accept Miku's death, forcing them to repeat the night they (Miku's friends) staged until the Miku in their fabricated version of reality too dies, and they can finally acknowledge that she's gone.

From what I know the first song is from Mikus perspective, and they get the bad end where she kills them. Crazy night is from the mansion residents perspective, she still kills them but it goes more into depth about the missing pagE. Twilight night is from the masterminds perspective. And Ever lasting night is when Miku kills herself, showing the true ending. They were all trapped there by the mastermind to repeat the night until they live out the true end. Even I don't understand everything fully and I haven't read the novel or manga but I know that it goes into depth there ^^
