I got everything except vampy..... I spark Y. Ilsa. Do you think it's worth to get her with 150 gold moon? I Dont know if i should spent them on illustrious weapon or on character. I also dont have H. Lich and Vajra.

You can pick her up on next anniversary ticket. Unless you really want to do well on GW there is 0 pressure on you to get vampy now. If you sparked ilsa then you probably main dark anyway.

omg spark her good. Vampy is especially good if you don't have Lich as Vampy also brings high-frequency dispels and delays (as long as she has drain effect). Amazing synergy with Mana Diver as well.

You can use both. While both have delay+dispel both of them also brings different utility that the other one wants. For damage: Vampy is more auto-damage focused. Lich is more skill nuke focused.

Yes. I think Ilsa has slightly higher priority but it also depends on what type of content you prefer doing. It's a super good banner though! So many good characters!

He turned off ougis. I don't think charlotta is good if you're planning on not doing ougis. V.grim can probably sub for H.lich tho idk if it's better

Yes you can, her ougi have cd cut for her 2nd skill, that you can make her 2nd skill more frequent which mean more assasin buff

she can technically replace the nio/anila slot since her skill 2 is bonus dmg for the team and the other buffs do let the other 2 characters do some dmg and she has her own assassin.
