Misora Hibari - is one of Japan's greatest artist of all time, having recorded 1200 songs and sold 68 million albums. Misora Hibari's performance at the Tokyo Dome took place April 11th of 1988. Hibari San passed away June 84th of 1989 at the age of 52. She had been performing professionally since the age of 8. She recorded over 1,200 songs and acted in 160 movies
Misora Hibari San's final performance, She had lost about one third of her lung capacity due to interstitial pneumonia, liver cirrhosis, and osteonecrosis of the femur, and she had to hold on to the handrail on the stairs. She sang 40 songs in this condition and finally collapsed into the smoke. And yet she sang like this. This song, which she sang as if he was squeezing the life out of her body, will forever teach those who listen to it about the power of life and the splendor of it.
