Aapne kaha tha ki router ke lie ups ki jaroorat nahi hai 12 volt ka battery laga do. Par mera ek modem 9volt hai aur main router 12v ka toh kaise backup ka upay kare .

Proper current rating key 4 diode series me laga do. Diode drop se voltage less ho jayegaa.
