* Red chili powder - ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर )
* Salt to taste - ( नमक स्वादानुसार )

बहुत अच्छी और टेस्टी बनी मेरी कोकी, क्योंकि अनारदाना था घर में। मुम्बई की सिंधी सोसायटी में ही रहती थी। बहुत सी सिंधी दोस्त हैं मेरी... रोज खिला देती थीं। कहती थीं कि तकलीफ मत उठाओ, हम खिलाएंगे। अब नवी मुंबई में शिफ्ट हो गयी हूँ तो आपके बताए तरीके से बनाई कोकी। मेरा काम आसान हो गया। मैं देख रही हूँ आपने बहुत से अलग और आसान तरीके बताए हैं रेसेपीस के। मज़ा आ रहा है बना कर खिलाने में। आपका शुक्रिया।
