Mr. Rajendra Arlekar is a God fearing man, who is selfless and impeccable. He was an MLA of Goa assembly, a speaker and a minister. Before he came down to Kerala, Mr. Arlekar met Goa governor Mr. P. S. Sreedharan pillai, who is from Kerala, who briefed him elaborately about the state, it's people, it's beauty, it's temples, about the govt. as Arlekar got a general idea about Kerala and it's people and also about the govt.
