Hello bharatji just couple of month I dont how to cook only can so boil the eggs.. but now I can say I m 30% good food maker in varieties. Dear Bharat I tried this recipe - I used capsicum but instead of fresh veggies and frying them I used frozen veggies didnt fry them . Also I used half avacado oil and half butter. I put the potatoes with onion at the beginning. Also I skipped adding butter in the second half. It came out amazing!! Thank you for this recipe.

Hello Bharath- Thanks for this recipe My take on this recipe - Made base masala the same way as shown in the video. Avoided potato I used Avacado oil instead of ghee and boiled all the veggies instead of frying them. Also added some mushroom. Used one capsicum- fried in minimal oil ( you can also air fry all veggies) Add oil , tej pattah and then masala ( dhaniya red chilly and jeera powder) let the masala sautey a bit and then add the boiled veggies and the base Masala paste. Then add garam masala. Garnish with fresh cilantro or kasuri meethi. Instead of paneer can use Tofu also. I didn’t use paneer or Tofu. Tastes amazing 😊😊😊😊😊

tried this recipe. instead of 1.5 tsp of salt, only 1 tsp is sufficient as butter renders the rest of the saltiness. rest, it tastes yummy. thanks for the recipe.
