Restaurant style Handi Paneer Korma.... The initial masala preparation of fried onion, curds and cashews is a welcome step towards cooking a delicious and a fantastic dish. I always welcome a dish which is something different (of usual vegetables) and this recepe of yours gives it all. I am so confidently jotting down this comment, since I prepared this dish yesterday ie 09/07/22 as per your excellent demo. Resulting in one of the best Paneer side dish.
