Tried exactly the same way recommended ..... The color smell was like a restaurant dish.... Though it tasted bitter. Wondering if methi/mustard needs to be reduced

I tried this recipe but unfortunately I did not like the taste. I used exactly the proportion mentioned for grinding… I think due to fenugreek, the taste got bitter and we did not like it overall. It looked great and had great aroma but taste did not come out well.
