सर सिविल के केस मे यदि कोर्ट आदेश पारित कर दे उसके बाद प्रतिवादी राजस्व मंडल मे निगरानी की अपील करने के बाद निगरानी भी आदेश के आधार पर वादी के पक्ष में फैसला आए और प्रतिवादी पक्ष वादी को झांसे मे लेकर समझौता कर केस विड्रोल करवा देता है और वो अपनी बात से मुकर जाता हैं तो वादी या उसके वारिसान फिर से केस खुलवा सकते है या नहीं
