The management fee is about 1,500 yuan per month. The water and electricity fee is calculated according to different grades. The water fee is about 1.63 yuan per ton, and the electricity fee is about 0.639 per kilowatt hour. It depends on the amount used.

The property bubble basically bursts in China and it is no longer a seller market but instead a buyer market. Landlords are scrambling to get rid of properties on hand before further slump in prices. Please be cautious with the property agent info. It is very common that several property agents come up with several asking prices for the same property. Their professional conduct is highly doubted and questionable. To the best of my knowledge, they have been accused of entrapping customers to buy properties at steep prices. Obviously, the lady exaggerates the asking price several times higher than the market price. Please do not be fooled by what the lady is saying.
