My old bio teacher used Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis as a free credit question. His question was "what does it mean?" In the age before wiki and Google, we had to figure it out ourselves. I got closest cuz I suggested it was some kinda lung infection caused by volcanic ash, based on how the word broke up in my head. I got the credit, even though my answer wasn't entirely correct. Lol

Mm, it’s great when you finally get in veggies and fruits in. As someone on the opposite end of the body spectrum, I need to eat more. I find myself going to the fridge for food more often than before, and it’s great! I do suggest trying one of those V8 Juice things. Not the Splash stuff (which is full of sugar), and not Low Sodium, but it has a lot of your daily veggies in a small glass. Plus, they sell that Spicy Hot… I get up to a cup of that in the morning, and I’m in for a good day.

I'm going to hazard a guess and say it's some sort of lung disease or condition that is a caused by some sort of immensely microscopic, silicon-based material that comes from volcanos? I get what you're saying, but sorry I find it to be stupid. Like yes eating healthy is a big much, however as what Nat said. It does make you feel better and proud. Same thing with drinking a gallon of water, exercising. Your body is literally telling you that it feels better. And eating less takes practice and some people just need to be in that mind set. So eat less, so what eat half a donut or chips. You're still going to get fat.
