Outstanding video, thank you. Many other sources fail to mention the exact meaning of each of the plot's features, or oversimplify to the point of inaccuracy. Thank you for taking the time to lay it out precisely.

How did you get the symbol ~ in Rstudio? I am having a hard time with adding that. Thank you! Great tutorial

It depends on the keyboard layout. On mine, the tilde (~) is typed by holding the Shift key and tapping the backtick (`) key.

Hi Sir, can we overlay the boxplot with point plot (normal plot)?
@MTGQuantitativeReasoning3 жыл бұрын
If you want to show the individual points that are summarised by the box plot, you can use stripchart(), see stackoverflow.com/questions/23675735/how-to-add-boxplots-to-scatterplot-with-jitter

nice video. But how to export the median value for the three boxplot sir?
@MTGQuantitativeReasoning3 жыл бұрын
You can use aggregate() as explained in lesson 20 (kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5ubiYVmm9uFepI): aggregate(Sepal.Width ~ Species, data = iris, FUN = median)
