Maine apne baby ko sab kuch vahi khilaya hai jo ham log khate hain ghar par .yes 1 year Tak salt and sugar ki quantity kafi Kam rakhti thi baby ke food me but after 1 year maine use ghar ka bana normal food hi khilaya hai. Packaged food kabhi nahi dete hain . Akhir ham log bhi to yahi Ghar ka khana ,sugar ,salt and spices sab khakar hi bade huye hain

Aajkal sab doctor ban jaate hai insta aur YT pe so called influencer... thanks to people like you who give scientific evidence.. guidelines and all... Lay man should listen to pediatrician not just some influencer

Very true, but surprisingly many pediatricians also get influenced by social media and they dont go in deep as these things are not focussed in our text books. Getting a holistic pediatrician is difficult.

But Sugar is said to be bad even for the Adults
@pediatricpapa2 күн бұрын
Excess sugar is bad for all, not normal sugar esp for those who are in good health.

Maybe the term some and more is relative! And hence to avoid confusion most healthcare providers resort to word " zero salt and zero sugar " When we say NO screen time, caregivers show 1-2hrs of screen...some screen time is likely to be longer....maybe that is how the myth was born....thank you for supporting your suggestion with evidence
