I believe it's called ameca, and it has remote capabilities, so there's a chance someone was behind the scenes telling it what to say. Elevator acidents are very rare! Apart from being i spected often all elevator since the implementation have a fail save. So for something bad to hapen there are a few points that need to align. 1. No or bad inspection 2. Failure of all cables (elevators have normally 6 - 8 cables each one of them capable of carrying the weight of the cabin and some more) 3 Failure of the Fail save system. Note for the fail save system to kick in it needs first need to exceed its safe speed. It will then slowly break
