Good idea with the eye kit. Chip eye is always an issue, sometimes things don't work its way out. Probably helps put a few more trees on the ground, quickly dealing with being able to see again. Thanks

Thanks for the tip on the pocket eye care ! Great Idea. Looks like your in some weather now . It got so freakin cold here a couple of days ago all we did was stack logs and haul a few loads to the mill. But the long range forecast is improving everytime I check it so we will be back up to full speed here soon. Good to see a video from you again, take care, be safe and watch them flying rocks lol.

Your situational awareness of where your feet are is exceptional. At 8:50 I was worried that you would take a step backwards. The shot was good enough. Nice scaffold.

A friend of mine got a cedar splinter in his eye, went to the hospital to get it surgically removed and they missed a sliver and it got infected and he lost his eye.I had a bushing blow up in my face on a drill rig building a logging road and lost my left eye.Logging is a dangerous occupation that’s for sure. But I loved it for 30 years before retiring

If you like these videos, go read the books, The Golden Spruce, and The Wild Trees. They will make you love these videos even more. Because its so rare to fall such old trees. Thank you for making these videos. Im a landscaper, I can relate to having to wear all that shit just to keep dry.
