Short, sweet, and to the point, thanks..! After reading the NGK and Bosch sites in regards to using anti-seize, they both recommend Not using any. New plugs have a 'trivalent coating' on the threads making the use of any lube ill advised. It will alter the torque and make it easier to pull the threads out of the aluminum heads, and screws with the heat transfer out of the plugs and into the heads.

No I didn't, as the ignition was off all of the time and there were no exposed power connectors.
