I did this job together with my step sis, she pressed out those ball joins within seconds. If only... No I ended up removing the whole wheel hub assembly to press them out, mine just would not budge with the g clamp method. But the result was worth it!

Had issues with ball joints every few years so i decided to get lockout bar with polyurethane bushes ,best decision I've ever made with my skyline never had an issue since the car feels much more planted and handles really responsive and accurate!!!

I did mine last week in a shop and it was a massive pain my ball joints were absolutely destroyed and someone rtv them in place along with the time bar ends onto the ball joints I cut everything out. Huge props for doing it outside in the rain brotha

hey man did you realize your skyline r33 is one of the chosen hyper silver models, your car is rare i hope you never got rid of it. when i deleted hicas i actually had to press both knuckles... i tried using the ball joint tool and it ended up breaking. if u cut the bushings it makes ur rear end feel sloppy. grease em up slam em in and DO NOT cut these bushes. Your car looks like a 95 spec 1.5 like mine. i really hope u kept this car. BTW a little torch like that will not help the removal in cold climates. That test drive probably felt super good as you had elec hicas before. it kicks in above 60 kms

I park it up on the kerb to avoid getting hit by oncoming traffic plus it gives me plenty of room under the car. Last year I changed the engine mounts to Nismo solids. It started raining and I was like fuck this shit I'm getting this job done today. I was laying in the gutter and rain was washing all down my back. Jumper and underpants were soaked through. So cold but It never stopped me. Pussy's be too lazy to work on their cars in their warm garages..smh

My baby is waiting for a nice day off to do a front end teardown for all the belts and a FMIC and alloy rad install!

dont know which one you are running but gktech supply two black washers that sit behind lockout bar to have clearance from bolt hitting subframe

Yer I got the GKTech one aswell, they offer a bent toe arm that helps with clearance on the subframe mounts that you put the slip in collars on, if u lower the car close to it it can hit going over bumps.
