You don't put dialectic grease on the metal part of he spark plug. It's an insulator Not a conductor.

Guys ngk brand deesnt need antiseize And when u apply the dielectric grease only apply to ceramic part of the plug not to top part

I thought you should not put the dielectric grease on the tip of the spark plug where it connects to the boot. It's anti electric conduction.

how did you manage to do all the things wrong? dont put anti seize on ngk plugs, dont put grease on the leads

This is the worst thing you can do. Dielectric is an insulator, so it should not be used on metal contacts..
