if you look where rook is on the recent designer notes from ubi, then you can see he's very high compared to other ops and he's been there for like 2 years now. this might knock him down a little.

I think it makes more sense that Blackbeard will become an attacking rook, hence why Mira was making adjustments to his shields, this would also balance the dynamics between attack and defense, such as with Finka being an attacking Doc

This could be either really good for Blackbeard or just the worse rework for him whatever it is, Its for sure better than what he is now compared to him as a huge tank of a dude a long time ago. However I do hope that Ubisoft does keep his loadout or keeps at least the Scar in the game as long as they Buff it and they make sure whatever his new ability is to make a elite version of that so people don't just lose a elite they paid for just to get it deleted how ever long ago they bought it but again I can only hope that Ubisoft does the rework well and not even worse for him.
